OUR VILLA
Our luxurious two storey home comprises of over 2,500 sq ft of air conditioned and heated living space, with enough room to comfortably accommodate 8 adults in 4 good sized bedrooms.

BEDROOMS​
​
Our villa contains four large bedrooms allowing up to 8 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are Master suites and two are Twin rooms. All four rooms can be found upstairs and each has its own flat screen television.
​
All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean linen before you arrive. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. There is a choice of themed bedding available in he Twin rooms.
Our villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a constant cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even when the outside temperature increases.
FAMILY AND LIVING ROOMS

Our villa has two separate seating areas, the Family room and the Living room. Both rooms can be found on the ground floor and are furnished to a high standard, with comfortable sofas and plenty of table space.
​
The Family room can be found at the rear of the villa and has two large windows overlooking the pool deck and conservation land beyond. It contains a large luxurious 'L' shaped sofa and an entertainment centre, which features a 55" 4K television with Roku TV, DVD player and a selection of family movies.
There is also a telephone and all calls throughout the US are free (ideal for ordering takeout or attraction tickets) and all other calls can be paid for as taken with an international dialling card.

The Living room is at the front of the villa and gives views out over the front garden. There is a three seater sofa, a two and one seater sofa, and a large glass topped table. The room has a nice relaxing feel about it and would be an ideal location to come sit down and relax with a good book.

GAMES ROOM
​
To add to your enjoyment we have converted our two car garage into a fun Games Room.
The room features a pool table, air hockey table, board games, sofa seating and a foosball table
​
The Games Room is accessed internally.
​
Even though we have converted the garage, the villa still has a wide driveway which can easily accommodate two large vehicles side by side.
​
THE POOL
Our villa has its own luxurious privately enclosed swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa.
Furnishings include chairs with foot stools, a table and sun loungers, allowing you to lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine while enjoying an alfresco lunch and drinks in the evening as the sun sets.
Colour changing LED lights have been fitted to the pool
DINING AREAS

Our villa has two great dining areas. The first is located at the front of the villa and adjoins the Living room. It has a round glass topped table and four chairs. The second dining area is located at the rear of the property and has a large modern table and eight chairs. There are also patio doors which floods the whole area with light as well as giving access to the pool deck with woodland views.

Both areas are ideal for those special dining occasions as well as the more casual ones.
KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY AREAS
​
Our modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Keurig coffee machine (no pods provided).
There is also a good selection of cutlery and crockery (including plastic dishes and glasses for when dining by the pool area). The only thing you need to provide is the food!

There is seating for four at the large breakfast counter.
​
We have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the laundry room which can be found just off the kitchen area. There are also hangers and drying racks.
